Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what 9433-7656 Québec inc. (operating as Pansiva)(“Pansiva,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use pansiva.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as we can to do the job well, and to be honest about the rest.
What we collect
- Your assessment answers. The responses you give in the free assessment and in any paid read (your goals, priorities, lifestyle preferences, decision patterns, and — only if you choose to provide it — birth data). This is the heart of the product and is used to generate your results.
- Your email address, when you ask us to send your results or updates.
- Purchase information, when you buy a paid read. Payments are processed by our payment provider, LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record. We do not see or store your full card details — they go directly to LemonSqueezy.
- Basic technical and usage data (for example, pages visited and general device/browser information) used to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To generate your assessment results and paid reads.
- To deliver your results and, if you opt in, send related updates by email.
- To process purchases and provide support.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private assessment answers to train third-party AI models for other purposes.
Who we share it with (our processors)
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Pansiva. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Supabase — database where your report and email are stored.
- Resend — sending your results and emails.
- Anthropic and OpenAI — the AI models that analyze your answers to produce your read. Your answers are sent to these providers to generate your result.
- LemonSqueezy — payment processing and sales tax, as merchant of record.
Some of these providers operate outside your country, so your data may be processed elsewhere (for example, the United States). We rely on these providers' own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your report and email for as long as your account/report is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and Canadian privacy law), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, or to unsubscribe from emails, contact us at hello@pansiva.com. Email updates also include an unsubscribe link.
Children
Pansiva is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll do more to let you know.
