These terms are the agreement between you and 9433-7656 Québec inc. (operating as Pansiva)(“Pansiva,” “we,” “us”) for your use of pansiva.com and our products. By using the site or buying a read, you agree to them.

What Pansiva is

Pansiva is a decision-support tool for relocation. The free assessment and the paid reads (The Deep Read, Together, and the Move Blueprint) analyze the information you provide against destination data and produce a personalized written analysis with its reasoning.

What Pansiva is not

Pansiva provides information and guidance, not professional advice.It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical, or relationship advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. Visa rules, taxes, costs, and conditions change and vary by personal circumstance — verify anything that matters with official sources and qualified professionals before you act. Decisions you make are your own.

Purchases, pricing, and refunds

• Paid reads are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the transaction; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Because each read is generated specifically for you, please review the product description before buying. If something goes wrong — your report fails to generate, or you were charged in error — contact us at hello@pansiva.comand we'll make it right.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information so your results are meaningful.
• Use Pansiva for your own personal decision-making, not to resell or scrape.
• Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other people's reads.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, the assessment, the framework, and the design are ours. Your report is yours to use for your own decision; the underlying methodology and content remain ours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pansiva is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for decisions made based on the analysis or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
